Shaun is also author of the book

Shaun's experience in the business world includes
her current position as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization. She has also worked as a
consultant for
the University of Montana Human Resource Department during implementation of a
state-wide university system employee performance revision and developed an
Executive Coaching Seminar for the University of Montana Professional Enhancement Program.
Shaun has spent many years teaching at the
university level, in the business world and in the private sector. Her
experience in this area include teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) for
business professionals in South America; presenting Interpersonal Communication
seminars and American Psychological Association writing style workshops at the
University of Alaska; and teaching public
speaking classes at the University of Montana.
In addition to her work experience, Shaun brings an awareness and respect for
cultural diversity into all of her endeavors through her time spent exploring,
volunteering and working internationally. She has worked with Volunteers for
Peace in three different European countries and spent extensive time in Central and South America teaching and traveling.
As an experienced facilitator of groups and
through one-on-one interaction, including guiding Mayan Temple Tours in Mexico
and Central America,
Shaun inspires others in realizing their vision
and claiming their unique gifts so that they have the opportunity to take charge
of their lives and make a difference in the world.
